Materials
MDF Core
An eco-friendly and efficent material that offers a strong core, MDF is less prone to warping, twisting, or shrinking than solid wood. With a 1/2″ core and veneer faced panels they make a perfect canvas for a smooth and seamless lacquer finish.
Combi Core
Our standard material for wood pedestals, our proprietary combi-core panel is combination of five layers of wood, the core sandwhiched between cross banded layers with veneer faces that create one sturdy 1/2″ thick sheet. This material ensures strong, beautiful and flat panels that create the elevated wood grain pedestal.
Laminate
Our laminate pedestals are high quality and commercial grade. Made of 1/2″ particalboard with front and back Wilsonart laminate faces, creating pefectly balanced panels. The combination of CNC precision, mitered corners and expert assembly our craftsmen fabricate with the smallest seams on the market.
Finishes
Wood Grains & Stains
Wood veneers are real wood, each piece unique. Standard options are maple, red oak, walnut and cherry. These natural grains pair beautifully with oil finishes, clear coats and stains to enhance their natural beauty. Custom species and stains are available upon request.
Lacquer Finishes
What is lacquer? Lacquer is essentially an industrial paint, resistant to wear. We have a multiple step finish process that includes sanding between each coat. It is applied by our expert finisher, with airbrush technique, in a contained commericial spray booth. Our lacquer is water born and environmentally friendly, that supplies an incredibly smooth and stunning finish. Ideal for customizing, we can color match any commercial paint color.
Laminates
Laminate is a composite, man-made material, created by pressing together multiple layers of material using heat and pressure. We use the highest grade on the market, Wilsonart HPL, which is #1 in sustainability. When powered by AEON™ Technology, Wilsonart HPL is 3X more resistant to wear, scratches, and scuffing than other laminates. A preferred choice for retail and high traffic areas and comes in thousands of color options.
Solid Surfaces
A fabulous choice to elevate your look or for exterior use. Solid surface is a man-made composite material. Non porus, seamless and repairable this is an investment material that is made to last. Hundreds of color options to choose from, all solid surface is custom ordered per project.
Powder Coatings
Powder coating is one of the most durable, eco friendly and versitle finishes offered in the US for steel fixtures. It is a electromagnetic process that creates and beautiful industrial finish that is resistant to fading, scratches, currosion and wear. Thousands of stunning options are availabe to customize and elevate your fixture. Highly reccomended for exterior use.
